The eNavigator Tool
The eNavigator (electronic Navigator) system allows capture of investigator research interests or needs, independent of problem or stage, via an interactive survey. The information is used to generate a report that suggests appropriate consultation and research support services mirroring the project plan, including contact information and specific services the identified ICTS Core(s) can support. The report provides a customized platform for further discussion with the identified cores and the Research Navigator as a bridge for implementation.
Survey: a short survey completed by the ICTS member gathers input about the current stage and upcoming plans for the research project
Report: the generated report to the user suggests appropriate consultation and research support services tailored to the project, including contact information and specific services supported by the ICTS Core(s). The completed survey report prompts an email sent to identified ICTS Cores that facilitate contact and effective management of the inquiry with the user.
Discuss: reports sent to each specific ICTS Core and the ICTS Navigator provides investigator contact details as a basis for discussion, implementation, and follow-up.
