  1. Do you snore? Are you sleepy during the daytime? Dr. Yo-El Ju is seeking participants for a study to determine whether obstructive sleep apnea affects levels of amyloid-beta, a protein that is involved in Alzheimer’s disease.  You may qualify if you are 35 – 65 & have a BMI less than 40.   2. 18 - 70 year old participants are needed for a research study! This study will evaluate the response to pain medication in participants with both treated and untreated obstructive sleep apnea. Participants must be 18 -70 years old & must not have liver disease or use supplemental oxygen at home.   3. Sleep Research Study! The purpose of this research study is to investigate if differences in sleep quality will change the concentration of amyloid-beta in cerebrospinal fluid (CSF). You may qualify if you are 45-65 years old and don't have a sleep disorder other than insomnia. There are 3 study visits, including an inpatient stay (3-day/2-night) w/ lumbar catheter.
