  />WashU Medicine</p><p>Todd P. Lewis is an Assistant Professor in the Divi
 sion of General Medicine and Geriatrics at the Washington University School
  of Medicine. He is a lead researcher with the <a href="http://questnetwork
 .org/">QuEST Network</a>\, a global research consortium building the eviden
 ce base for improving health system performance. Lewis’s research uses mixe
 d methods approaches\, borrowing from econometrics\, implementation science
 \, and other disciplines to understand how well health systems are working 
 for people. He leads the People’s Voice Survey\, a multi-country survey tha
 t assesses health system performance from the perspective of populations\, 
 which has been implemented in over 20 countries. Prior to joining WashU\, L
 ewis was a Research Associate at the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Hea
 lth where he completed his doctoral studies in Population Health Sciences w
 ith a specialization in Health Systems.</p><p><em>This is a hybrid event wi
