 and strategies\, such as matching community engagement to research objectiv
 es\, developing partnerships\, and working with the Institutional Review Bo
 ard.</p><p>Join us for this session\,<strong><em> Know Your Level: Conflict
  Resolution</em></strong>. Conflict is inevitable. The problem is not that 
 conflict exists\, rather how conflict is resolved. Upon completion of this 
 session\, participants will be able to:</p><ul><li>Diagnose conflict.</li><
 li>Apply problem-solving approach to conflict</li><li>Facilitate and modera
 te challenging conversations</li></ul><p><strong>Lunch will be provided and
