My research focuses on understanding the neural mechanisms which occur following practice of motor skills, which influence the retention, generalization, or forgetting of motor skills. By understanding these mechanisms, my research also then works to develop neuromodulatory and behavioral interventions to enhance the learning, retention, and generalization of motor skills.
