My most recent research work in the laboratory medicine landscape have focused on clinical assay performance and quality
improvements in clinical laboratories, detecting fentanyl analogs in patient urine drug screens as well as validating liquid-chromatography, tandem mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS) assays for toxicology screening of xylazine and gabapentin, renal biomarker development and dried blood spot sampling.
Building on these experiences, I envision pursuing research that enhances clinical laboratory capacity.
