I am a researcher at the intersection of health services research and implementation science. My goal in my research is to improve mental health on a population level with a particular focus on equity for those populations who have long struggled to obtain competent mental health services. I am passionate about parent- and family-focused care, the two-gen or multigenerational approach, trauma-informed care, team-based care, strengths-based approaches, community-grounded and culturally-competent approaches, and thinking critically about how we can scale up and scale out these types of approaches to healthcare. I am a systems thinker and would like to contribute to a culture in healthcare that lifts up individuals and families.
