The interests of our lab are centered on the interaction of auditory and cognitive contributions during speech comprehension, and the neurobiological processes that support them. Some of the ways we have studied this have included examining speech processing developmentally (e.g., in older age or with children) and in people with hearing difficulty. In service of these goals we use behavioral measures, structural MRI, functional MRI, and EEG/MEG.
