We are interested in RNA molecules: how they function in the cell alone and bound to proteins. Their structure, dynamics, and folding are key elements of their function, and we study all these parameters. Our favorite RNAs come from snRNPs and rRNA. The RNAs that we study also bind proteins, and we study their mechanisms of molecular recognition.
