BJC HealthCare (BJC)

As an Associate Professor at Goldfarb School of Nursing (GSON), Barnes Jewish College in St. Louis, I am a member of the graduate nursing faculty, and I am also an Evidence-based Practice (EBP) and Research mentor at Missouri Baptist Medical Center (MBMC). I have a 21-year history of clinical nursing with Methodist Healthcare in Memphis, TN. My research trajectory is to reduce global health disparities and promote health equity. I have performed medical outreach and research in Port Harcourt and Umueleagwa Onicha, Ezinihitte Mbaise, Nigeria for the past 13 years. We have excavated two water wells to provide clean water in Umueleagwa Onicha. I also assist nursing administration and nurses at MBMC to generate new knowledge through research and EBP.
