As a researcher specializing in human genetics and molecular genetics, my interests are centered around the genetic underpinnings of cardiovascular diseases, specifically atherosclerosis and aneurysm, as well as developmental disorders like cerebral palsy and congenital hydrocephalus. My approach involves whole genome sequence analysis, integrated with other omics data, such as HiC, ATAC-seq, and sncRNA to gain a multidimensional view of genetic influences, allowing me to delve deep into the molecular mechanisms at play. My research is not just limited to understanding genetic factors but also extends to studying cell-cell interactions and molecular pathways in cellular models. This multifaceted approach aims to uncover the complex genetic and molecular landscapes of these diseases, with the goal of identifying novel therapeutic targets.
