My statistical methodology research has been focusing on nonparametric Bayesian models, unsupervised clustering, survival analysis, feature selection, and microbiome-related statistical methods. For collaborative research, I have worked with clinicians and biologists on cardiovascular and cancer research, bone marrow transplant data, infectious disease risk prediction, and next-generation sequencing data. I am working on analyzing survey data from health care providers under COVID situation and I also participate in Missouri cancer registry.
