I am an organizational psychologist and clinical scientist with training and expertise in implementation science, particularly as applied to substance use disorder treatment and cancer prevention interventions. My research addresses the underutilization of evidence-based behavioral health treatments, including tobacco, alcohol, and other substance use interventions. I have published extensively on the use of technology (mHealth tools, clinical decision supports) to facilitate the implementation and evaluation of evidence-based interventions. I have also extended this research agenda into the field of genomics, using implementation science to integrate genomic discoveries into clinical care and community settings.
