I am a member of the Comparative Neurology Program at the University of Missouri. Our studies involve large animal models of several neurodegenerative diseases including ALS and Neuronal Ceroid Lipofuscinoses. Our focus is to use these models to develop therapeutic interventions for the associated human disease. My current contributions to the group primarily involve using omics technologies to identify disease biomarkers.
