I am interested in understanding the genomic profiles of early neoplastic lesions in the breast. By incorporating traditional clinicopathologic risk factors and genomic predictors, I aim to develop and provide clinical prognostic tools for breast cancer patients. I am also interested in understanding the pathogenesis and facilitating early detection of cardiac allograft vasculopathy, a leading cause of mortality in heart transplant patients.
