Nuclear receptors are ligand-activated transcription factors involved in multiples processes such as inflammation, metabolism and development. NR now represent one of the most important targets for therapeutic drug development. My research focus on developing new synthetic NR ligands with beneficial effects on metabolic and inflammatory disorders.
