My clinical and research interests revolve around the prevention of sudden cardiac death (SCD) and the understanding of the mechanisms that lead to ventricular arrhythmias and cardiac arrest.
This includes patients without overt structural heart disease (long and short QT syndromes, Brugada syndrome, early repolarization syndrome, catecholaminergic polymorphic VT (CPVT), idiopathic VT/VF) and those with cardiomyopathy from both ischemic and nonischemic etiologies.
