I received training in cancer genomics such as DNA mismatch repair-deficient cancers. I’m interested in the analysis of single nuclei/cell sequencing, long-read sequencing using PACBIO, and CRISPR library screening. I’m also interested in epigenetics such as methylation and chromatin remodeling.
