I work in Neuroscience intensive care unit and take care of patients with acute neurological emergencies. My field is critical for patient management and the research focus is on answering key clinical research questions required for patient management. My research interest includes management of patients with traumatic brain injuries, traumatic spine injuries, status epilepticus, stroke including ischemic and hemorrhagic stroke. I am passionate about the understanding the markers for neuro-recovery and new treatment strategies in management of critically ill patients. My research is about the use of ketones in acute brain injuries.
