Robert L. White, MD, PhD

Assistant Professor in Neurology

Washington University in St. Louis (WU)

Dr. White conducts research on Parkinson Disease (PD) in the NeuroImaging Laboratories at Washington University. The main goal of his research is to develop objective brain imaging measures of disease severity and progression in PD using cutting-edge magnetic resonance imaging and positron emission tomography methods. His research in the lab has focused on identifying functional brain circuits and networks in early PD that are modulated by levodopa. His current research aims to identify and validate MRI and PET measures of neuroinflammation in PD.
