Our laboratory uses computational methods to help discover new medicines and new uses for existing methods. We do this by mining large databases of small-molecule screening data for clues about how molecules might behave in unexpected ways. In particular, the data from phenotypic screens, that look at how molecules change the behavior of cells screens we place special focus on.
