My clinical background is provision of speech and language intervention to school-age children with various communication disorders. My research focuses on language impairment, with a particular emphasis on the relationship between spoken and written language ability. I investigate word learning during reading and effective vocabulary assessment and intervention practices for school-age children with language impairment.
