My primary area of interest is perinatal depression. Specifically, my research focuses on developing psychotherapeutic or behavioral interventions to treat depression during pregnancy. I am also interested in measuring psychosocial and biological risk factors associated with intergenerational risk transmission of psychopathology with the goal to develop and implement psychosocial treatments for women and their infants that better target these risks.
