Washington University in St. Louis (WU)

I am a first year fellow in Pediatric Gastroenterology, Hepatology, and Nutrition. My long-term career goal is to be a physician-scientist, caring for children with complex digestive disorders and conducting novel translational epidemiologic research to illuminate the pathophysiology of chronic liver disease. I have a particular interest in pediatric hepatology and am committed to a career focused on clinical care and research on pediatric non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD), the most common cause of chronic liver disease in children and a major cause of liver-disease-associated morbidity and mortality in adults.
