I am a board certified radiation oncologist with a special focus on pediatric oncology. I am involved in the Children’s Oncology Group with special interest in brain tumors. My interests involve the treatment of childhood malignancies as well as the late effects of therapy, especially as it relates to radiotherapy. Specifically, my research has involved assessing risk of secondary malignancies in survivors of childhood brain tumors as well as childhood leukemia. Additionally, I have experience and interest in the interaction of radiotherapy on the DNA damage response as it relates to response to therapy and recurrence.
