He utilizes real-world evidence, big data analytics, and digital health technologies to evaluate treatment outcomes and translate insights into meaningful improvements in clinical practice.
Victor is also passionate about advancing precision medicine in Immunology and promoting equitable healthcare innovation, particularly in resource limited, low- and middle-income regions, through global research collaborations and capacity-building initiatives.
