Peter Nagele, MD, MS, was enrolled in the Postdoctoral Mentored Training Program in Clinical Investigation (MTPCI) as an instructor in 2007, promoted to Assistant Professor in July 2008, and subsequently developed into an independent investigator in 2015 (R01). In 2010, he was funded under the K23 program through the National Institute of General Medical Sciences. Dr. Nagele, an Associate Professor of Anesthesiology, now serves as Chief of Trauma Anesthesiology at Barnes-Jewish Hospital. Additionally, he now serves as a mentor for scholars and trainees in various ICTS education programs.
