Ana Maria Arbelaez, MD, MSCI (Pediatrics), used the Mentored Training Program in Clinical Investigation (MTPCI) and the KL2 Scholar programs on her career pathway to independent investigator status. She now serves as Associate Director of the TL1 Predoctoral Interdisciplinary Training Program (ICTS TL1 grant) and has recently been appointed as interim Chief of the Pediatric Endocrinology and Diabetes Division.
