Application, Award, & Billing Process Investigator reviews JIT Program Overview (pdf) and JIT Application System and User Guide (pdf) on the ICTS website Investigator meets with core/s to discuss project, services, and budget prior to initiating application Investigator submits application via the online JIT system to the core/s for review/approval Core completes their portion of the application and submits to the ICTS by the deadline (10th of the month at 5pm CT) Proposals undergo administrative review by the ICTS and are forwarded to JIT Funding Review Committee once considered complete Investigators are notified of funding decision via email, typically by the 10th of the following month For those to be awarded, the NOA will be issued after applicable JIT-related regulatory documents are submitted to ICTS Postaward:Immediately after core services are provided, core submits an invoice to the ICTS for payment Reminder – services must be provided during the 12-month project period noted on the NOA Investigators will receive statements of used/available JIT funds during their 12-month award period
