My primary research objective is to employ the “Multi-Omics” strategy in a variety of biological systems to elucidate novel pathways and molecular signatures involved in diseases. The development and integration of comprehensive analyses, including proteomics, metabolomics, lipidomics, epiproteomics, and genomics (proteogenomics) combined with multiple molecular and cellular assays could provide the deep-scale clinical/phenotypic data that underlie specific disease mechanisms.
