Immunotherapies have offered great promise for treating malignancies, but this benefit has not been realized in glioblastoma. One potential deficit is in antigen presentation, the process by which immune cells display and then recognize targets for elimination. My current work aims to identify which cells are capable of presenting antigen and activating tumor-specific T cells in glioblastoma and to test several strategies to enhance this process.
