Jeramy D. Lewis, PhD

Postdoctoral Research Associate

Washington University in St. Louis (WU)

Research focuses on developing advanced MRI techniques powered by artificial intelligence to improve the early detection and monitoring of multiple sclerosis (MS). Our work integrates cutting-edge imaging physics, machine learning, and neuroimmunology to quantify subtle brain microstructural tissue changes that may precede and supplement conventional MRI findings. By translating these tools into clinical applications, Dr. Lewis aims to enhance diagnostic precision, track disease progression more effectively, and ultimately improve patient outcomes in MS and other neuroinflammatory disorders.
Research topics include:
(1) Early Detection and Monitoring of Multiple Sclerosis; (2) Advanced MRI Techniques; (3) Artificial Intelligence in MRI; (4) Translational Neuroimaging for Clinical Impact
