Jaegers’ research interests include workplace health promotion especially mental health, trauma, and occupational stress interventions. Her studies span frontline worker health including healthcare staff (COVID-19 stressors) and corrections workers. Jaegers applies the NIOSH Total Worker Health strategy including community based participatory research methods in her epidemiological, needs assessment, and intervention research studies.
