Dr. Stenersen is a licensed counseling psychologist who conducts community-engaged and translational research and evaluation at the intersection of the criminal legal system, LGBTQ+ populations, and individuals involved in the sex industry. Her recent work includes trainings for health professionals on working with individuals in the sex industry and those with substance use disorders.
