My lab studies mechanisms of infection, inflammation, and immunity in a variety of in vivo animal disease models and human tissues. Our goal is to understand how neural and immune networks regulate leukocyte recruitment and function at epithelial barriers. Our work uses in vivo two-photon imaging and and computational modeling to quantitatively analyze complex systems and identify immune predictors.
