My clinical and research interests focus on liver transplant anesthesia, where I am involved in optimizing perioperative care for patients undergoing complex hepatobiliary procedures. I am also deeply engaged in clinical operations within anesthesiology, working to improve workflow efficiency, OR utilization, and team communication. In the realm of quality improvement, I lead initiatives aimed at enhancing patient safety, reducing perioperative complications, and standardizing care through evidence-based protocols. These interests intersect to support my overarching goal: advancing high-quality, patient-centered anesthesia care through thoughtful innovation, multidisciplinary collaboration, and continuous systems-based improvements in both academic and community hospital settings.
