My research focuses on improving outcomes for patients with gynecologic cancers, with a particular emphasis on antibody–drug conjugates (ADCs). I am especially interested in understanding the molecular and epigenetic mechanisms that regulate ADC target expression, as well as how these expression patterns change over time and in response to therapy. By identifying and therapeutically targeting the pathways that govern receptor expression, my goal is to increase target density and durability, thereby enhancing ADC efficacy and overcoming treatment resistance.
