Children with Chronic Recurrent Multifocal Osteomyelitis (CRMO) do not have definitive treatment recommendations, and each facility still develops its own protocol. In children with CRMO, we typically obtain regional or whole-body MRI both before and after treatment. My goal is to identify a useful MRI scoring tool, as well as to determine if different treatment regimens affect the growth of these children.
