With a background in Nursing, Health Education and Applied Statistics, my research is focused on understanding the epidemiology of chronic diseases that are disproportionately prevalent in minority populations. I use data analytics to understand the prevalence and distribution of chronic diseases and explore health educational interventions to decrease disease incidence.
