My area of interest lies in the realm of biomechanics, specifically in the development of low-cost wearables and artificial intelligence (AI) algorithms for gait analysis and movement disorders. I believe that these technologies can revolutionize the way we assess and monitor human movement, particularly in individuals with conditions like cerebral palsy. By leveraging AI to process data from wearable sensors and video recordings, we can gain valuable insights into gait patterns and abnormalities, facilitating personalized rehabilitation programs and remote monitoring. My current work focuses on the development of algorithms for quantifying gait abnormalities and other movement disorders in clinical settings, with the ultimate goal of enhancing the quality of life for individuals with motor disorders. I am also passionate about inclusive healthcare and am actively seeking collaborations to further these research interests, aiming to contribute to a world where health and well-being are accessible to all.
