My clinical focus and research interests are in kidney transplantation, with the goal of improving the longevity of both kidney recipients and their allografts. A long term project I have been involved with is a retrospective study on cardiovascular risk factors and outcomes in kidney transplant recipients. I also have an interest in becoming involved in prospective studies, particularly in new therapeutics for immunosuppressants and anti-viral medications.
