The goal of my research is to investigate the pathophysiology of graft versus host disease (GVHD) after allogeneic hematopoietic cell transplantation. Our research is having a strong integration of basic and clinical research and highly essential to have a better understanding of the mechanisms of disease and advance for the development of therapeutics. My research environment will potentially contribute to make unique and significant to the translational success. For the past 10 years with my studies involving pathophysiology of graft versus host disease and Hematological malignancies, which has led to my overall long-term career objective to establish myself as an independent academic scientist in the field of hematology and hematological malignancies.
