I work in the area of computer graphics, particular geometric modeling and analysis, with applications to image anlaysis, particularly in biomedicine. I am particularly interested in reconstructing 2D or 3D geometric models from images, understanding their shape and topology, and deriving biologically or clinically useful insights.
