In an editorial in the November 5, 2021 issue of Science Magazine, Elvin Geng, MD, MPH, and Enola Proctor, PhD, ICTS Dissemination and Implementation Research Core leaders, suggest that science needs to add another lane, one called implementation research, to ensure the nation’s health discoveries are used to improve population health.
